I got this book, by Cathe Olson, for Christmas from my mom. I just wanted to post on here that it's an awesome book, in case anyone is looking. Some of her recipes are things that I make anyway, but I've gotten some great ideas and have been cooking out of this book nonstop since the day after Christmas! I've been having a really hard time with my diet throughout this whole pregnancy and this book has made a difference. Every recipe is *full* of nutrients, she offers vegan alternatives for almost every recipe, and she has some good information in the front about vegan/vegetarian diets, particularly during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Also, my kids have devoured everything I've made, including the lentil soup with 1/2lb of kale in it. Definitely recommend this one!
