He woke ten minutes after I left the bed, crying with tears streaming down his face, and heavily wheezing, at least on the way out. Hes nursing now, and I can still hear a wheeze eve now and then when he breathes out. My fist thought was that he had WC, but he doesn't seem to have a (high) fever, and hes not coughing, just wheezing. Then I thought, bronchitis? I just got over a bout of bronchitis. So possible... Then I thought foreign object in throat, and tried for a few minutes to both feel if something was in the throat, and i couldn't feel anything, but he was acting very convincing, So I tried anyways. No such luck, still crying the same amount. Then I thought, asthma? I have very mild exercise induced asthma. lol.gif I was worried that we'd need to call an ambulance and he'd stop breathing, but I suppose thats every mother's fear when something like this happens? I don't have  acar

Then we sit down, and nurse. Now we're done nursing, and I can still tell that he's probably sick, he's had a cold for days, and I can hear the mucous in his nose. He is acting fine right now though, playing and such. I still hear a wheeze every now and then, when he breathes out.

A little background, we were up all night, DS went to sleep at 2am, I went to sleep at 3am(ds usually goes to sleep at 12 or 1am.)

Then we both woke up at 6am to a  previously undetected(or new) poopy diaper. I might mention that we spent the majority of the night in an unfinished, insufficiently heated basement, and we slept upstairs on a carpeted floor with a few blankets and a draft(still cold, although heated) we woke up at noon.

I started writing this at about 12:30 pm (woke up at 12ish) an hour later, DS is acting fine. just coughed and wheezed again though.

I don't have a car today, so it would be difficult to go to the doctors, and I'm not even sure if this warrants a doc's visit anyhow. Some advice? speculation on what it might be?

Thanks!
