Hello All! I have been thinking lately about partially nightweaning my LO by moving him out of the our bed. I am just kind of craving some alone time with the hubby before we start thinking about having another, and also I think both ds and I might get better sleep if he is in his own space at least for a little while during the night. The trouble is he basically does not nurse all day, only at his nap and then at night. I'm worried that if IÂ don't keep encouraging him at night then he will wean totally because my supply will go way down. He's only 16 months and I was hoping to go to at least 2 years and then longer if he wanted. He is not vaccinated so I really want to keep BFing! Any thoughts? Will my supply totally dwindle if we only nurse, say, four times a day? Also, how can I try and get him to nurse more during the day? The boy does. not. stop. for anyone...
