Right now my son is eating turkey, salmon, apple, pear, peach, zuchinni and avocado.  He was drinking Nutramigen formula but we just switched today to Alimentum.  I've stopped nursing b/c I was doing his diet and was down to 100lb and I couldn't keep up with it.  I pumped for a month in hopes to put some weight on and start nursing again but I couldn't pull it off and I've lost my milk supply.

We've had huge improvements in the last month or so.  He is sleeping for longer stretches, as long as 7 hours.  This is huge compared to the 20min-1hr stretches he was sleeping before.  He's not having screaming in pain episodes like he was and he is now a happier and more comfortable baby.

The problem is that he still has white chunks in his poop, it almost looks like cheese curds or seeds and not matter what changes I've made it is not going away.  At the last visit to the allergist we had tried rice so he thought this was the problem but we took him off rice and it hasn't gotten any better.  The allergist next suggested switching formula so that is what we are trying now.

I did try carrots with him twice now and both times he screamed and had a few terrible days afterwards.   I'm looking for some more vegetables to try with him but don't know what to try next and am hesitant to give him anything that will bring him back to the screaming/uncomfortable phase.

We have also been avoiding any carbs and starches which was suggested by the naturopath.

I'm concerned that he is getting enough of everything he needs in his diet as he's been eating  only turkey, pear, zuc, apple and avo for a  while now.  Salmon and peaches have just been introduced in the last 1.5 wks.

Any suggestions on what to try next or what to definitely avoid?
