Digital Scrapbooking Software - Which One?

i'm looking for some advice on which digital scrapbooking software i should look into getting.  i dont want to spend a lot of money.  i'm pretty familiar with computers so it doesn't need to be too simple, but would like something pretty user friendly because i have 6 kids and no time so would like to be able to put things together quite quickly.  i'm looking at purchasing some software (or free if there are any good ones) in the very  near future.  i've just had baby #6 and want to get her baby book started before i get too far behind.

i've only ever done books with web programs such as Picaboo and Artscow etc.

I've been digi-scrapping for 6+ years now and have used the Photoshop software.  I recently purchased PSE 8 and it's easy to learn/use and will do everything (and more) than you need.  It's around $60-70, which I consider pretty good for what you get.  PM me if you have any digi questions.
