I don't know what to do. My husband is overweight, has sleep apnea (won't go to a doctor but is caving under my pressure...), and snores so loud when he's on his back I think he wakes people up nextdoor. My 3yo sleeps in a toddler bed next to our bed and wakes up a LOT at night, and if she's not requesting cheese and crackers, she's smacking her lips, clicking her tongue, making noises that sound like a person chewing too loud, and picking at her toenails.Â
Â
Needless to say, this has my 12 month old and I waking up a LOT. She's a really light sleeper. We're in the process of nightweaning because she nurses essentially all night long- but then I thought about it, and it clicked- she probably WOULDN'T wake up 50 thousand times per night if her daddy and big sister weren't so bleeping LOUD!Â

What can I do? I have an air purifier hooked up for white noise, but I don't think it helps tremendously. I NEED to start getting more sleep. I can't be mama in the morning if I don't get more sleep. I'm going on an hour's sleep and I can't wait until naptime.
