18 month old still on formula?

My 18 month old is still using formula. At 1 year I took her off but within 3 weeks she had lost too much weight and she needed to go back on formula. She currently weighs 22 lbs and is gaining slowly but def gaining. The problem is, she starts daycare monday and they will not put her down with a bottle. They allow it for the first 2-3 weeks but they will wean her off. I agree because at this age, Im concerned for her teeth. I wouldnt be so concerned if it was breatmilk, but its formula. Any tricks on weaning her off of the bottle for nap and night time? I dont mind rocking and neither does the daycare, but she is not really into that much. Not into a pacifier either.

Also, any other toddlers still nursing or on formula/bottles who are not that into other foods yet? Im pretty tired of mixing formula, i kind of feel like its hindering her eating regular food

For weaning her off the bottle for naps, slowly reduce the amount of formula you offer.  So if she currently takes 8 ounces, offer 6, then 4, then 2, then maybe an ounce of water if she's still having a hard time.

As far as increasing her food intake, you could start offering the formula in a sippy or straw cup instead of a bottle.
