Small maternity clothes??

I'm a size 2-4 pe-pregnant, and I am having a DEVIL of a time finding maternity clothes in a XS or even a regular small! It seems like a lot of shirts especially only go as small as medium, which I will positively swim in. Majorly bummed!

Any other skinny mamas have any luck finding cute tops? I'm especially looking for faux-wrap shirts that are easy to pull over so I can nurse in them and long camis and tank tops that aren't too big in the shoulders/bust.

I haven't had much of a problem. I bought some used stuff on eBay recently that was all too small because it had been washed/shrunk before!  How far along are you? I know that with my last pregnancy I bought a ton of XS and had out grown it all by the end.

I've noticed (I am 5'1", 100 lbs not pg but gain atleast 50 during):

Motherhood- tends to fit weird. Tight fitting Ts work but looser blouses and pants never did for me.

Old Navy- runs big

Gap- pretty true to size/slightly big

Liz Lange- pretty true but shrinks up

Japanese Weekend- runs small but is great quality

I am pretty small too, not XS, but I wear small for most of my pregnancy. Liz Lange does shrink. Also I have found xs and s at consignment stores.  I bought some really nice clothes at a high end maternity place and they seemed true to size and I have worn them for 2 pregnancies, you may have to shell out more money for a better fit sadly. Motherhood is all over the place, some I shirts are too small and some smalls are too big.

I had some Olian clothes I found they fit a little big for me, at least in the boobs! But they had a lot of wrap tops.

For Camis- I found that the new Target nursing tanks are nice - and they fit over my 8 1/2 month pregnant belly

Do you have an H & M by you? I bought some maternity clothes there the first time around and they ran small.

Def big. I was wearing size 6 pre-pregnancy and, at 17w and at least 10 pounds heavier, I'm wearing a size 2 in Gap. I always wonder how smaller women deal with vanity sizing. I consider myself fairly average, for sure not tiny, and often fit well into those sizes. Anyway, I am a supporter of Gap maternity but you'll have to downsize.

I am 5'3" and pre-pregnant around 105, and yes it can be hard to find clothes that fit well and even some in the same brands that seem to fit completely differently.

I find Gap clothes to be true to size, Old Navy runs a little big, and Liz Lange stuff runs true to size, but like pp have said, they shrink.  Check out ebay.

I have stuff from Destination Maternity/Pea in a Pod that fits well, and I bought on clearance/sale.  For some reason, although it's the same company, I find that Motherhood stuff runs big.  And even within the brand, some shirts/pants were huge, and some fit just right.

Old Navy clothes work well for me, but what I find is that they run long (as in their short inseams are not that short, their shirts are tunic length on me, sleeves can be a smidge long.)  They are really inexpensive though and often go on sale, so I get a lot of things their and just hem the pants and wear long shirts.  I keep it pretty basic though, jeans or khakis and tees w/a sweater.  Old navy has a bigger selection online than in stores, as does Gap.  Motherhood carries a few petite sizes online.  I am 5'' and about 103 pre-pregnancy, so I do need to have pretty small clothes.

I am a 2/4 also, 5'4".  The think I found XS at Old Navy, their t-shirts fit well.  Target I found one XS, but all of their clothes fit me weird.  I am UP to an A cup and all of those darn v-neck shirts do not fit me well. LOL  I found one pair of smaller Old Navy low rise maternity pants at a thrift shop that fit okay.  I found two pairs of pants at JCPenney in a size small.  I ended up wearing my regular low rise pants until ~24/25 weeks until my belly was big enough to semi hold up all those pants, otherwise they were just swimming on me.  At 26 weeks I've now outgrown all of my pre-pregnancy pants I think and the maternity pants will do fine now.  I just had to wait to grow into everything.  :)

Oh and for tank tops I own many camisole I had bought from Costco long before pregnancy and they still fit great.
