We don't eat alot of junk per-se, but we do eat out once a week and we eat waaaay to much bread.

I am 5'10 and 240 and I feel horrible. Â I have two little boys, and we have already cut out food colors and HFCS.

I'm tired of feeling like crap. Â A friend told me b12 was a good place to start, but there are 10 million kinds. Â I tried searching here, but I see threads about not taking b12 without b6, or other vitamins and I dont know where to start?

I would be ordering the stuff off amazon preferably since the town i live in doesnt have places to buy good quality vitamins. Â (plus i have some credit on amazon)

Anyway, my goal is to change the way we eat, but I also know that i need some kind of vitamin...help
