I am 32 weeks pregnant with twins and have been eating A LOT of dairy, protein and other things I never ate prior to being pregnant. My digestive system is all out of whack. After I deliver and heal, I want to detox myself(i am not going to be breastfeeding) so am wondering what is the best detox program that is not overly expensive?

Best way to detox after pregnancy?

 I personally would do the gaps diet. It really intrigues me I've been doing a lot of reading up on it. It basically heals your gut and nourishes your body but If you've been on mothering for awhile I'm sure you've heard of it already.  It's not an easy diet and it has steps you can implement now. I plan on doing it at some point this new year we are just going to be staying in Japan for about 6 months so I have to wait to see how hard the diet will be in another country :)  Do you think it could just be the pregnancy causing digestive issues for you?
