Liquid Minerals - anyone take them or give them to their kids?

I *think* that I'm looking to add a liquid mineral supplement to our diet/water,  but not sure where to start.

For 2 years I've added sol to our water, but with all the allergies my kids suffer from, I'm thinking this is the next step (to add to the loads of other things we do, like enzymes, probiotics, kefir, kombucha, food avoidance, cell salts, homeopathy, etc.).

Would anyone recommend this or ionic trace minerals or collodial minerals?

I don't know much about supping minerals, but I do know that lots of people on here use Brainchild minerals for their kids.

Thanks!  I've never heard of those.  I'll google it.

I use the Trace Minerals brand zinc and magnesium and really like them, though you have to be able to tolerate the mineral taste/feel as there are no fillers to mask them.
