Happy New Years! Lituya Journey was born this morning

She wasn't timely, she wasn't easy, and she wasn't fast.  But she's perfect.  :)  I gave birth to a 9lb 14.8oz girl at 10:07 this morning, after a seemingly infinite pre-labor and labor.  I had a beautiful natural hospital birth with the exact same team (even the nurses) as delivered my son two years ago.  She's a little bruiser and had a shoulder dystocia, but it was resolved quickly with no issues to her at all (though a 2nd degree tear to me).  Supposedly 42+1, she looked just like a 40 weeker but for her size.  Not a December baby after all, but 1/1/11 is a pretty cool birthday!  Now for some sleep.  More details on the birth story and pictures later.
