Belly binding

Where is all the wonderful info on belly binding? I really wish I would have thought more about this when DS was born, but I know I am going to need it now!

I see all these contraptions people are trying to sell me, but I just assumed you would wrap with a cloth. I'm thinking the ripped moby would do nicely!

I would like to know more about this as well.  I think it is too late for me this time, my son is almost 5 months old.  I have heard that some people use wide strips of medical wrap.
