Best budgeting/tracking software

Of course, I would like it to be free. winky.gif But it's OK if it's not. What do you use to track expenses/set a budget?

I use www.mint.com.  I love it.  It's free and it downloads directly from your banking and loan institutions.  I love that you can set your own categories for budgeting and set goals for saving or paying down debt.  It's really been a great service for us!
