I can't believe this thread hasn't been started yet! Is everyone having a hard time getting moving in the new year? I AM!
This thread is a great place to post your goals and keep track of your workouts. Workouts are anything that works for you. Whether is it a hard run, jogging with the baby or walking the dog. Write it down!
I plan to hit around 1200 this month. October November and December were a bust for me. I am starting to realized though that it is hard to train this hard year round. At some point my work out ethic just gets tired!
1/1 - 30 minute weights
1/2 - 30 minute easy run with hubby
1/3 - 60 minute trail run
