Hi...  do you mind if I join in?  I need some extra motivation/accountability (I don't like the "trainers" at my gym because they only check in with you every 3 months).  I haven't actually started this properly...  but now I have found you I have the kick up the butt I need.

 

I'm going to aim for 400 this month (what's left of it) - just because I'm starting so late.

 

Today (1/14) I did:

 15 minutes treadmill + 20 minutes weight circuit x2 (upper and lower body) + 15 minutes treadmill

 

 

 

50/400   (damn, that looks pathetic next to the rest of you eyesroll.gif)
