1/14 -  50 minutes    45 minute run 5.5 miles and then 5 minute cool down walk

1/16 -  60 minutes at the gym treadmill, lunges, squats and shoulders
1/18 - 55 minute run

Thanks lab! orngbiggrin.gif  The past week was pretty much a write off ...  could barely move except to get to and from the car so DH could take me to the doctor greensad.gif So I upped my Bcomplex and have just about finished my antibiotics and feeling so much better.  On my way out the door to the gym right now - so will update numbers when I get home.  I'm sure I can still reach my target.

1/14:  15 minutes treadmill + 20 minutes weight circuit x2 (upper and lower) + 15 minutes treadmill = 50

1/20:  15 minutes treadmill (random incline) + 15 minutes weight circuit x1 (upper and lower) + 10 minutes recumbent bike (random intensity) + 10 minutes Fluid UBE = 50
