1/1  -  30 minute weights




1/2  -  30 minute easy run with hubby




1/3  -  60 minute trail run




1/5  -  60 minute run




1/8  -  50 minute run and stretch



1/10 - 45 minutes in the snow. Beautiful!!!



1/11 -  80 minutes at work with hubby shoveling snow and ice



1/13 -  45 minute easy jog and walk



1/14 -  50 minutes    45 minute run 5.5 miles and then 5 minute cool down walk



1/16 -  60 minutes at the gym treadmill, lunges, squats and shoulders


1/18 - 55 minute run


1/20 -  100 minutes walking/working track meet


1/22 -  30 minute run


1/23 -  35 minutes running


1/24 -  50 minute work out at the gym.  Intervals on the treadmill and elliptical.  Arms and lunges


1/25 - 65 minutes total. Running hard 55 then 10 min cool down

1/28 -  65 minutes total.   running, squats, kicks side and front, lunges

1/29 -  35 minute easy run

1/30 -  45 minutes working in garden pulling up plants etc
1/31 - 110 minute 8.5 mile run in the woods
