How old is too old for playstands?

I am thinking of buying playstands after we move in a few months. At that time my oldest will be going on seven years old and she's tall for her age, she's about 44 inches. The other three kids will be 5, 2, and 8 months at the time. I've been looking at the camden rose ones and I'm not sure if they will be too small. If I get them I don't want my daughter to be too tall and unable to play in them comfortably as they would be a gift to all the kids. I know she will eventually outgrow them anyway but I'd like her to have a chance to play with them first. The only height I've found for them is 40.5" but I'm not sure if that's the canopy height or not, if not what is the height with the canopy? Does anyone have a six or seven year old who plays with them still?

Yes, but we don't have our own at home. DD is 6 and about 49" tall. It seems like she towers over everything right now!

My 10 year old still likes to hang out under the playstands, so does her 8 year old sister.  They can't stand up under them anymore but it's still a peaceful place to hang out and read or play with their DSi's.  They also play with the little ones under there, building with blocks, etc.
