6 month old baby still spitting up- normal?

My DS has been on Prevacid since he was about 8 weeks because of suspected reflux because he used to spit up  hours after eating and cry a lot about it. Lately, he's been spitting up a ton, but he doesn't really cry about it. Like rivers of milk. I feel like I have a newborn again! It's not just when he burps, but now its all the time. He'll be playing in the exersaucer and just puke. I feel like he should have grown out of this right?

Cecilia never spit up as an infant, but all of sudden has been since she started to cut teeth. Some of the moms in my DDC have commented on similar experiences. Is he cutting teeth?

Not sure if S is teething, but she's a little over five months and still spitting up bunches, despite being treated for reflux since about 6 weeks. Not sure how common this is, but we're there too!

We have seen no teeth, Cecelia's Mama, but we have had a lot of random crying so I'm not going to rule it out. He's the right age and has no teeth, so it's totally possible. I didn't realize there was so much spitting up with teething.

... off to google teething...

I totally didn't either. My DDC still talks every day in our Facebook group, and I mentioned in passing that Cecilia was suddenly spitting up when she had never done it as an infant, and that it was mildly worrisome to me. Cue four or five other mothers saying that their babies were doing the same, and we all realized that teething was definitely a shared circumstance, so we all decided that teething must do something to cause more spitting up (whatever that something is).
