Where is the "Start a new thread" button on the ask an intuitive forum?

I've just paid for a reading, but cannot post my question because there is nowwhere for me to click on"start a new thread". Is the problem with my computer? I've never had an issue before the change of mothering website.Help!?

Hi! It can sometimes take up to 24-48 hours for the Paypal to clear your account. Once it clears, you should see the Start a New Thread button in the Ask-An-Intuitive forum. If you somehow miss the 24 hour window of opportunity the subscription is active, just email me at administrator@mothering.com, and I'll be happy to help make sure you can post. Your account shows that your account should have the ability to post your question now. You might want to refresh the page if you're not seeing it. Please let me know if you're still having problems. Please let me know if it doesn't come up for you next time you check. You might need to clear your computer's cache. Very sorry for the trouble!
