I was excited to get a dehydrator to use for nuts-Nourishing Tradition, Raw food etc style. I was going to use the oven but YIKES 12-24 hours ON!? But now I am wondering--the dehydrator we would get is 700 watts how much electricity would that use?? Our electricity here is VERY expensive (almost $300 a month for two adults if we are not careful).
