Due date crashing...

Vitamin B is water soluble so you should excrete any extra in your urine.  I take 50 mg of B6 at night along with 1/2 tab of Unisom (25mg tablets).  My morning sickness has decreased dramatically since I started using it.  My "gags" are to a minimum now.

I read that you should not take more than 100mg a day. I take 2 25mg sublingual tabs per day

Thanks guys! I read that it should not exceed 25 mg a day, but that number seems awefully low. I think I'll take my pill that has 50 mg a day and see how that works

I'm taking 100mg right now (and I'll add the Unisom in when it really hits). It definitely helped in my previous pregnancies - except sometimes I was too sick to take it. Hopefully I'll avoid that by starting early.
