Do you keep track of who called who last? - Page 2

No, we never keep track. If I need to tell someone something or feel the desire to talk to them I call and I expect the same from them.

He told her that he called me last so it is my turn.

Seriously? Do people keep track off things like this?

Wow, I'm sorry, that's silly of him.

I'm kind of aware of the same issue from the opposite direction.  If my sister or dad calls me a few times in a row (just to talk) I start to feel bad because I figure it's probably my turn.  But I also just don't like chatting as often, I guess.

Well, I don't keep track on a one to one basis but after a few YEARS I finally noticed that if I didn't call my mom, I would never hear from her. She doesn't call on holidays, birthdays (mine or the kids), or for any reason. It's all on me to make the first move. I don't get it.

LOL, OP, did your brother call you mother to tell her that it was your turn to call him?  Couldn't he have just called you?

I used to... My best gf and I had a name for it-- 'call counting'. Now that same gf and I apologize profusely for the first minute of each conversation because we both feel like we haven't called enough. lol!
