Gluten free mamas, I need your best bread recipe!

My son is going gf but is not a huge bread eater other than the occaisonal sandwich or hot dog bun.  I have cookbooks and have baked gf bread in the past, but was hoping to get a really good bread recipe from here

I've heard that this one from Gluten Free Goddess is good, but I haven't tried it myself. She has other bread recipes on there too.

I need a tried and true recipe, too or better yet a store bought bread that is actually decent. I MISS BREAD!!! Just tonight I made my family tuna melts, which is a family favorite. My tuna melt was on a tostada. And I was grumpy about it!

I've been making this one, and I really like it... BUT, you have to really get proportions *just right* or it will either fall after cooking or be too dense.  (It's still good if it falls... just not as pretty and sandwich-shaped.orngtongue.gif)  I've found that I have to use about 1/4-1/3 cup less water than the recipe calls for.  And I really, really need to get more than one good bread pan so that I can make a few loaves at a time and freeze them.  Otherwise, I'm having to make it a couple times a week, and that is a pain.

I haven't tried the glutenfreegoddess one yet, but it's on my list.  Looks like that one might have the falling issue with too much liquid as well, because she mentions that on the recipe page.

Its pricey, but king arthur has a new gf line and its awesome. The bread is fantastic. I could easily eat a loaf a day.
