Are these corn free?
Reading quickly... I don't see any corn, however, these have a ton of other things in it that would make me run from them.. (sorry)
Have you seen these before?

I just read a bit about your LOs in another thread... lots of allergies! I am in the same boat and have been doing this for quite a few years. The best bet.. IMHO... is to just make your own. You can have a tortilla party and then just freeze them! I have found making my own goodies (and I hate to cook.. DH is a prof cook) I have no worries about what is in stuff, KWIM? Makes life soooo much easier! The time that it takes to make your own is worth it not to feel like crap from something store bought. At least for my family. I got into something at Christmas and have been messed up for a week! Not worth it.Â
Â
Good luck to you! Feel free to PM me and I can try to help and learn from eachother!
I was thinking of making my own too. The problem lies in finding corn free baking powder or a recipe that doesn't call for baking powder. Maybe there's something I could replace it with?

I used to bake a lot and then we found out about dd's wheat allergy and the baby's corn allergy and it's all complicated now but I try.

I make our baking powder. 1:1:1 ratio of baking soda, cream of tartar, and tapioca starch. I never found a safe one, but I believe there's one out there that has potato starch instead of cornstarch (my DS can't have potato, so I gave up looking for one). I made tortillas out of sorghum flour.

The first ingredient in that one is wheat though and down farther OP said that her DD is allergic to wheat so that one won't work.

I'll be sure to try that once I get some tapioca flour, thanks!

Sorry for the confusion
I give dd corn tortillas. These are for my 18mth old who has a corn allergy.

He isn't allergic to potatoes, that would work!
