cytomegalovirus- CMV virus worries

I'm not sure where to post this thread but will try here.  I was wondering if anyone has experiance with the Cytomegalovirus  during pregnancy? I'm due April 3rd and just found out I contracted it a few weeks ago (2nd trimester 25-26 weeks).  I'm so worried about my baby and am looking for anyone that has had the virus during pregnancy without any complications to their baby.Any happy stories out there? I don't really want to hear the worst case senerio.  I've been reading a everything online and know the sad outcomes from contracting this virus in the 1st trimester.  Right now she's measuring on track, has a strong heartbeat and no abnormalities are seen on ultrasound. I'm trying my best to stay positive.

I will be thinking of you! If you decide you do want to talk to someone who's been through it, I have an acquaintance who is also a doula, who recently had a baby after having CMV during pregnancy. She had a home birth and found out about the CMV later. I would be happy to put you in touch with her.
