So, X and I signed our Dissolution of Marriage and Parenting Plan and now my attorney has us scheduled for an ex parte hearing on Monday to have it all signed by the judge. Can anyone tell me about this? Is there a chance that the judge won't sign it and we'll be back to square one? I was excited to have a date for this to be final and someone mentioned to me that the judge may not sign it and force us to revise it. Now, I'm panicking.
