How do I make a signature?

I can't seem to access my user profile. There's nothing on my page that shows my name or a logout button anywhere. I'm getting really peeved. :(

If you are signed in you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and there is a "My Profile" link in the bottom purple area. there are probably other ways to access it too. The fifth section is "Your forum signature" and there is a edit link.

I've been trying to figure out the same thing. I went to the "My Profile" page and I didn't really find the sections mentioned. What I did see was:

The rest of your profile, and your signature will become visible after you've been active in the forums

How many posts before my profile is considered "active"?

Additional Note: Looks like it's 10 posts. :o)

How did you become a regular member? I've put up like 50 posts and I'm still a new member and can't add to my profile?
