I have no idea how much your getting but my suggestion would be going really easy on the coconut oil at first. 1/2 tbsp, then 1 tbsp, etc. Trying to get too much in at once can make you feel puny. From what I've read on some of my other forums some people are really sensitive to it and need to build up slowly.Â

I agree that you need to build up slowly. If you're not used to eating a lot of fat at one sitting, eating a bunch of fat will cause your body to dump bile, which causes stomach pains and cramps. Also coconut oil is great at killing candida so it could also cause terrible detox effects if you take too much in the beginning.

Good to know! I just started doing EFLF and according to that I should be taking 6 tbsp a day. I did yesterday and was horribly nauseous all night :(
