Need suggestions for gorgeous purple silk yarn...

I've got a couple skeins of this gorgeous deep regal purple baby alpaca/silk blend yarn (not sure the weight... uh, it suggests size 6 needles for 22 sts/4")  and a couple of skeins in black as well.

It's sooooooo soft and luxurious.  I've just no idea what to do with it.  I bought it because it was gorgeous, not because I had any ideas lol...

I'd love some suggestions on how to knit it up into something really cool!  I'm open to any ideas!

What total yardage do you have?

Let's see... I guess 400 meters.  Each skein is 100m, there are 2 purple and 2 black.

I've been using Ravelry for awhile to look for patterns, but I hadn't looked into its other capabilities.  I wish I had earlier.  :)  I didn't realize the database for yarns that was in there!  I input this yarn into my 'stash', and instantly had links to hundreds of projects that other knitters had made with this yarn!  Most of it was stuff I'm not interested in, but there were a few possibilities. 

I'm still open to suggestions though!  ;)
