I am looking for opinions and thoughts when it comes to my situation/case from other moms who have been in the same spot as I am or havent but would like to say their thoughts or suggestions. Thanks.

Currently I have shared 50/50 with my daughters father whom I was engaged to only and we have not been together since our daughter was 6 months old-she is 4.5 now. Since our last court session he is now married and expecting a little one, and I am not married but expecting a little one also. I have also quit my daytime job and now watch children in my home due to morning sickness and also to be home with my daughter now. While with her father he has her in daycare and I do not. He owns his home and has been put for 4 years there, I do not own my home and I have moved around a total of 12 times in the past 4.5 years and have been put in my current home since 2008 and still live here currently. He also works for his family so he has had the same job since he was 18 yrs old, I have had many jobs and now do not work except for watching kids at home so I am a SAHM now.Â

Our daughter will be starting school come August of this year and we live and hr from eachother and have every other week schedule now for custody. I am wondering if I have a chance with all he says he has "against" me in court or if I should just suck it up and move and be able to keep 50/50 as we have now when our daughter starts school.Â
