HCG didn't double in 2 days

 .  I went in today and although they are up 288-467 they wanted to see a doubling. I have to go back again on Saturday and retest again. I am all paranoid now but at least I keep reading that numbers should double in 48-72h.  Anyone else a slow riser?  I wasn't worried until now.  With DS hcgs weren't done....I was just confirmed pregnant.  I was only 33 not 38 then and not diagnosed with pcos.  What a worry....I haven't had any major cramping or spotting or anything....now I just have to wait again until Saturday.  Of course it is a nurse that I talk to on the phone not the RE.

Thinking of you. It is still going up well, and I'm sure you'll see it MUCH higher next test.

I sometimes wonder if all the extra testing just creates more stress? Focus on how you feel and the life growing inside of you and try not to worry too much. Easier said than done I know.

Oh mama, I'm so sorry. I'm currently waiting to see if my numbers double or not. My second draw was today. I really hope that you are just a slow riser and they are fine on Saturday. I'll be thinking about you.

 Just a bit of an update....So I spoke with the nurse as I had some questions about my level of workouts etc. She said they are happy with the levels as they are definately increasing (not textbook but who is?) They want to be reassured with Saturday's level....they would like to see a faster increase but are not concerned at this point.  I was told to not go all out on workouts...no heavy lifting...no working out to crazy sweats. Cardio 30min max, light to moderate weights so that blood flow isn't diverted from the womb.
