What to do with sprouted lentils?

I sprouted some lentils without having any idea what to do with them. Sheepish.gif Cooking will kill the enzymatic goodness of sprouting....and eating them raw would probably be a little hard.  I can dehydrate them, but what to do with them....?

Ideas?

What kind of lentil is it? If its the green mung and you dont mind cooking it you can mix it up with some shredded coconut(not the dry kind) and jaggery (brown sugar if you dont have jaggery).  We always had it growing up, my favourite snack. OR just add it raw to salads.

I like them raw in salads too; the green ones have a rather strong taste but the "blond" ones and the pink ones are very nice
