How to deal with discomfort when DC drops a feeding

I guess my title is pretty self-explanatory. DS is dropping his nap-nurse session and I am in discomfort. I encourage him, but he does not want to nurse. I feel discomfort (in my left breast) and wonder how to deal with this? Any suggestions or experience stories that you can share?

One idea would be to pump or express a little milk to make yourself more comfortable, maybe just on the fullest side.
