My periods have been rather wacky lately. They don't really stop! I don't have much cramping, but I have a few days of heavy bleeding and then about 15 days of light to medium bleeding. I have about a week of no bleeding at all.

It has been suggested to me that this might be because of too much estrogen in my body due to xenoestrogens and phytoestrogens. Does anyone have any experience with this?
