Help with RLR and Calgon?

I hope I'm posting this in the right place...

I'm finally ready to give my laundry routine a kick-start with the addition of RLR and Calgon.  We have a high-iron water issue here and it's causing buildup on our clothes, with my athletic shirts turning a nice peach color and holding on to every bit of body odor.   I currently use Charlie's as my main detergent, but have some Crunchy Clean on hand to try (the hard water formula).

The question... should I do a load with just RLR and Charlie's or can I use the Calgon in the same load?  TIA.
