extended cyles and supplements?

Hey all!!  So ive been charting for 3 months and i tend to have a 35-40 day cycle is this something to be concerned about?

Also, i am currently taking a prenatal vitamin with folic acid.  Anything else i should try to increase fertility?  I read green tea is really good for fertility.  Also ive read things about ppl taking a 81mg of aspirin and that helping.  I just want to add one thing this next cycle, what would u recommend?

Thanks in advanced for ur help.  :)

You don't necessarily have to be concerned about length of cycle.  I got preg last time with 40-42 day cycles.

Of course, the longer the cycle, the more time it takes to get to the next ovulation, so that can be a negative thing if you're ttc.  You do want to make sure your LP is at least 10-12 days long, which would allow for implantation of the embryo when you do conceive.  Otherwise you can miscarry before knowing you're preg.  Short LP can mean low progesterone levels.

B complex vitamins can help with lengthening LP, IIRC.

Check out Marilyn Shannon's "Fertility, Cycles and Nutrition" for more advice on supplements and cycles.

Good luck!
