San Diego Pediatrician near PB/LaJolla?

I recently relocated to PB and need a pediatrician for my little ones that is in line with our lifestyle... We have a modified vaccine schedule and don't want to argue with our doc every time we take the kids for a well visit, and when they are actually under the weather we don't want to be dismissed and handed a Rx for antibiotics... Anybody know someone that sounds like they fit the bill?

We are happy with Tami Nakahara MD.  Her office is in Hillcrest.  We also do a delective/delay schedule and she has always been supportive.  Good luck.
