I've been reading for quite awhile, finally joined today. Looking for ways to simplify my life, house, and family. I look forward to getting to know all of you, and possibly helping you as well!

Here's what we have....

DD13, DD14, DSD14, DSS15, and DSS21 (not living with us) . DF, and myself. As well as 2 huge dogs. We live in a 5 bedroom 2 bath house on 20 acres. DF is self employed and I work in health care. I work nights, he works most hours of the day. The kids are good kids, DD14, and DSD14 play 3 sports a year, all get good grades. DD13, tore her ACL last year, and has not been released for sports yet. DSS15, he's a computer kid.Â

We probably spend too much, have too much, and want too much, but now that we have custody of the DSS, and DSD, we need to simply make some changes. We combined 2 households into one, and boy are things different.  The motto here is, "it is what it is". Looking forward to sharing with you!
