My dog is NOT an incessant barker and I am at home when she is out on my deck. I do not allow her out on the deck from 9:00PM to 8:30AM.  Condo Quiet Rules are 10PM to 8AM. The Condo Trustee complains when my dog barks once or twice and did so at 10:30 AM this morning. He has a shock collar on his dog so it rarely barks. He has made up a non registered condo rule that dogs cannot be on your deck unattended. In 3 years he has complained a total of 5 times according to his over the top rules. His dog has been out on his deck barking at 7:30AM unattended and out at 9PM unattended.  If my dog is NOT barking incessantly (she is trained not to) and barks 2 or 3 times during non curfew hours once a week or less when I am home., wouldn't I be correct in saying that this Condo Trustee is and unjustifiably harrassing me or complaining unnecessarily? He has also written a letter once charging me $10 each time for allowing my dog to bark ONCE at 8AM, 10:30AM and 11:30AM. I'd like to hear from anyone who has had this kind of experience with a neighbor.
