Loosing my mind...must sleep soon!

I need to night wean my daughter who just turned 1 for my own sanity and for dental issues with her.  The trouble is that my husband is a fire fighter who is not here every night to take over night wakings.  How do you night wean a baby on your own? TIA

One thing that seems to be helping me is wearing a sweater with a turtle neck, otherwise my daughter tries to suck on any exposed skin, and when there is no milk she gets very upset.  I usually rock her and sing to her, i bounce her too if she is upset.

What kind of dental issues?  And what do you mean for your own sanity?  Breastfeeding beyond 1 year can be very beneficial.  Does she sleep with you?  She may just be waking up b/c she wants to be with you, if she sleeps with you it might help.
