red line around lips- reaction, or just irritation?

Ds2 sometimes gets a thin red line around his lips, most evident in the philtrum (is that it? the dip on his top lip). The few times I've noticed it, he'd recently eaten an apple, but he eats apples all the time, and I don't notice it most of the times that he eats apples.

Is this a reaction, or just irritation from the apple/juice being on/near his lips?

My DS gets that same redness around his lips sometimes.  I do think it is some kind of slight rxn.

For my DS, any lip rash is a reaction.
