considering selective vax--PA exemptions???

I've looked at past threads on this issue and people have claimed that once you submit PA exemption, you can no longer have any other selective vaxing.  However, I can't seem to find any legal citations to back up this claim.  I am pregnant with my third child and haven't vaxed either of my kids since the oldest was 9 months; however, we have been reading Bob Sears' The Vaccine Book and are considering selective vax for this next baby (probably only DTaP, Pc, and Rotovirus).  But I'm worried that because I already have exemptions for my older children that I can't legally go back on this "religious objection" and then later claim an exemption again.  Would it matter that this child has a different father?  Could I claim that as a family we had different viewpoints but ultimately reached the same "religious objection" in the end?  I understand that PA has a registry for vaccines so wouldn't it look suspicious that I'd not vaxed any of my kids since 2003 and then started again with a new baby in 2011 and then stopped again?  I just don't want to end up in the situation of my exemption being denied and having to catch the child up on all the vaccines. Can anyone point me to specific links on the legality of selective vaxing and claiming PA religious exemption? (FYI our religious exemption also encompasses an ethical objection similar to a religious belief).

I am wondering the same things...We were originally thinking of not vax'ing, but are now considering DTaP, PCV & MMR only.  Not sure when or if we would, but I would like more info on the legality of it all with the state registry & the need to file an exemption when dd reaches school age.  I would specifically like to know: is the exemption for each individual child?  I am fine with selectively vaxing until school age (8 since we homeschool) then filing the exemption when registering as a homeschooler.  But, if I have another child, will I be able to do the same thing?  That is, will that child's sibling's exemption count for that child as well & possibly get us into trouble for vaxing a different child after filing an exemption for an older sibling?
