I stopped having refined sugar on january 1st and by Tuesday night DD went from wake 4-6 times a night to waking 2-3 times. Last night she only woke once. The only thing that has changed is me not having sugar. I thought it wasn't communicated through milk but maybe I am wrong. Maybe she is just ready to sleep longer but I'm curious.

Pretty much anything can get into the breastmilk and some kids will react to excessive sugar caffine ect... It could also be condience I've had meals on the hevier carb/sugar side before and have had my DD sleep jsut the same as when I low carb which is most offen (I'm diabetic). LEss is better of course its better for your health if anything.
