Thanks for the new thread, Nicolian!  :)

Ladies, can you do me favor and please look at my chart?  I'm on CD42 and FF doesn't think I have ovulated.  I thought I had ovulated on CD22, but then kept getting EWCM (now I think maybe I was mistaken?!) so then I thought maybe it was CD28.  I was going to wait until CD45 to take a test, but of course I'm getting my hopes up and just need some rational people to give me their thoughts.  I have a poll on my FF page also if you'd just like to vote about whether I O'd and when.  Thanks!

MommyMatsumoto, I vote CD22.  I'm not expert, but it looks like you ovulated.  It also looks like you put you were spotting today? Is that right?  Keep us updated!  Fingers crossed for you!

MommyMatsumoto looks like CD22 to me too--maybe you should disregard that previous high temp? I think that's the only thing keeping you from getting crosshairs. I would go ahead and test (unless you're really trying to hold off). I guess if it was CD28 you'd still be kind of early, but CD22 really looks like it to me. Good luck!

TalkToMeNow, I know, I do have some prior charts I could compare to, but they're so different. I went of BC in April, got AF in July, then nothing until the third week of December. So I had charted for a really long time and got temps that were all over the map. This is the first time I feel like my temp looks somewhat "normal" (as far as what it should look like), but the temps are also pretty close together. I had given up temping before the last AF I got (in July, and also before this one in December) because it was on CD 140 or something and I figured I'd give up until AF came again. All that to say--I don't really have a normal! :) Which makes it tougher for sure.

Also, I definitely didn't last--I POAS today. BFN (to be expected--at 9DPO is pretty darn early). Disappointing either way, I knew I shouldn't have done it.

Thank you for the new thread!

Everybody have a Reproductive Week!!!

Hi Ladies, I am here, just kind of in the background lurking though.  Huge hugs to those AF found and those going through some difficult times.  I just got done with the MOST painful ovulation EVER.  This happens to me about 3 times a year, where I can hardly stand, I am so bloated and I swear I can see my ovaries all swollen and poking out.

MommyMatsumoto: I'm going to vote for CD22 - if you ovulated at all (sorry, I'm sure that's not what you want to hear). CD22 has the only clear temp shift. CD28 does not - or else you immediately dropped right back below coverline on CD31. What makes me wonder about ovulation is that your post O temps (if you ovulated CD22) are quite low compared to your previous charts.

Have you tried adjusting the settings on FF? Is it set to Advanced or FAM or Research?

Please move me back to Waiting to O.  My pre-AF spotting started last night.

So, I am living proof that triphasic chart does not always equal pregnant.

Onward & Upward!

Chicajones, that sounds really frustrating for you!  (Meaning, not knowing what to expect and when.) 9 dpo is early... I still have my fingers crossed for you.  Good luck!

Jojobean, sorry to hear about that!  Hope you are starting to feel normal again.

not_telling, sorry af found you.  Like your onward and upward attitude, though!

AFM, just waiting, hoping O doesn't happen till at least this weekend!  I'm actually hoping NOT to find any EWCM (for now!), which is a weird feeling...

I'm finally starting to feel like I'm over the worst of this bug. I even got up and went to see Slim for my first BD of this cycle! Ovulation is expected Wednesday-Thursday. Slim isn't available tomorrow, so will try to schedule one of the other donors, but probably won't try too hard.

cold.gifCan I just say that its FREEZING where I live? and we are supposed to get snow also tomm... UGH

and Can you place me in the WAITING TO KNOW category. praying.gif

I am 4dpo -- I thought I could handle this 2ww by staying busy however, its seeming like the longest wait ever. I have pretty good chances as any of being able to conceive this cycle. I dont have fertility problems that I know of but my DH has never been tested but there is no cause for concern yet.

I have also had the painful and annoying ovulation pains-- from both sides and one side stronger then the other. even now feeling the dull aches but not so mild but more on the lighter side.headscratch.gif

Just trying to sit on my hands and be patient is becoming really hard for me this cycle. Its only my 5th cycle of TTC. probably only my 2nd of really BDing in the right window though.

Either way---- between going to see my friend give birth this weekend along with our other pregnant friend and having another pregnant BFF due in April along with getting the news that another friend got her BFP on Friday.... there is baby news all around me.. babyf.gif

I just want to be in the number-- is that so hard to ask? can my child be close in age to my friends' so that we can continue to hang out and plan parties together? (in my own perfect world I guess)... still hopeful.

So baby dust to us all!!!! I think I can test at the earliest on the 19th but I think I will wait until the 21st-23rd. goodvibes.gif

Hugs for you if AF found you. :(

Nicolian--thanks for the new thread!

LivingSky--Can you explain the difference between those settings for FF?

AFM--I don't know what the heck is going on with my temps. I would know more except I had to temp at 3:30 this morning (I usually temp at 6:15 a.m.) when I got up to take my mom to the airport. It was high but something tells me it would've been higher if I could've temped normally today. I could've O'ed on Saturday or I may not have O'ed at all yet. So I'm not sure if I should be moved to Waiting to Know or if I should wait until FF gives me crosshairs? Anyway, here's my chart...if you have any insight, it's welcome!! :)

femmeknitzi - I don't see a clear temp shift on your chart... what day do you think you O'ed?

nicolian - Thanks for the new thread!

Stevi - Good luck lining up as donors!!

AFM - 8dpo.  So far, no spotting.  No symptoms, no sore boobs, nothing.  My temp is still unreliable, since I woke up yesterday with 100 degree fever.

Thanks for the new thread! I wrote a post a while ago but it got eaten. We've had FOUR BFP's already!? That's awesome!

I'm on CD12 and bored with waiting to O. I've been crocheting a bunch of ugly slippers for people to wear when they're over... we live in the lower until of a 4-plex and our floor gets icy cold! Yesterday my boy turned 9 years old! His party is tonight at a laser tag place, he's soooo excited!

Val, I don't really know. But if you're not seeing the temp shift, then I think I just need to wait until I get a few higher temps and keep BDing. :)

femme - Yeah, I would definitely keep BDing until temps show a sustained shift... FF will give you crosshairs after three days of higher temps.  Have you thought about taking OPKs... they might help you find O a little easier.  Good luck!

Thanks to everyone that responded to my plea for chart advice.  I tried adjusting the charting method and removing one of the high temps and I still don't have crosshairs.  Either way, I took a FRER and it was a BFN.  I still have not gotten AF, but did have a headache today and some EWCM which I usually get a couple of days before AF.  I'm hoping my cycle will be much shorter next time with having the stomach flu - and it will be my 2nd soy cycle.

@Stevi, glad you're finally feeling better!!  :)

Val, I took 3 OPK tests that came out negative earlier in the week but then didn't find a convenient time to take them Saturday or Sunday. I just decided to take another one but it's really hard to tell if it's pos or neg. I'm listing it as positive which means I probably haven't O'ed yet. I'm not going to complain about getting to forgo laundry for more BDing though! LOL :) Thanks!
