newborn knit shirt pattern?

Does anyone know where there's a good newborn long sleeved shirt pattern? I'd love either a crossover or envelope neck to be able to get it on and off easily. Nothing fancy, just a basic, plain shirt. I have a super soft DK wool/silk yarn blend I'm hoping to use.
