dd has symptoms of a UTI, initial test negative

Im so worried about dd - she is 6 years old & a few days ago began symptoms of a UTI - she will go to the bathroom & pee - then 30 seconds later need to go again & again about every minute or so for about 10-15 minutes(but just sits on the toilet & doesnt go), then she is fine for a little while.  She says it burns when she goes.  2 nights ago i took her to the urgent care place since it was the weekend & they tested her urine - it came back negative & they sent us home saying it was probably a new detergent that was irritating her - (i will never go there again!)

She is clearly very upset by this - we will get in the car & she gets very upset thinking that she has to pee her pants, but after she goes initally, she never really goes- sometimes a little will come out.

So i then take her to ped this am & he checks for yeast, says there are no signs of yeast from looking at her, but has us try lotramin cream 2 times a day in case it is.

I have started acidopholus once daily.  I need to get some cranberry juice today.

The doc is sending out her urine for a culture that wont come back for 2 days.

Im so worried about her & am expecting her school to call me today having me come pick her up because it is really interfering with her daily functioning.  The nurse at her school inferred taht she thinks it could be behavioural (i am sure it is not - it is clearly a medical issue & is real)

Anyone deal with anythign like this?  what can i do ??

Is she constipated?  An overly full colon will tug on the bladder making you think you have to go, but you really don't.
