Baby's First Birthday! Need recipe ideas!

Hi!

I want to have cupcakes and/or cake for my baby boy's first birthday, except I do not want it to have sugar. Anybody have any great recipes? Maybe a carrot? Also any ideas for the frosting?

Carrot is the route we're going to go in 2.5 months for my girl's first birthday. We're also grain free over here until over 1, so this cake is made with almond meal:

I'm going to go with cream cheese, I think; she's had a bit of dairy and hasn't reacted poorly to it. I'll probably use a little bit of agave or stevia to sweeten it slightly.
