 Ugh- I think I have a yeast infection. I have a little bit of itching and alot of creamy white discharge. I have been on a very low suger, GF DF diet for months and last week, I cheated alot and now I think I have a yeast issue going on. Has anyone noticed this happen after cheating on a low carb or yeast diet? Can I just treat assuming it is one?
